"The energy in this class is invigorating but not frenetic which is great for making sure you don't do anything incorrectly, there is focus on the movement. The ambience, low lighting, clean mats, its great and really different from other classes. A pleasure to go."
"The blue class was challenging enough for me as a newcomer to this form of exercise, but certainly within my capability. I found the instructor Oliver very clear with his instructions and good at showing us exactly how to perform them. He was careful not to push us too much and made sure we had different options for each exercise depending on our capability. After the session I felt like my body had been exercised but not too much as to cause many aches and pains - no doubt that means I could take on some of his harder options. Looking forward to the next session."
